I asked a long time ago (can't find the post now, it's been too long) about a donation page error. My page said I had donated to the "veteran" tier, and said that for a long, long time. Then, after one of the website updates, it switched to saying my last donation had not processed (when it had said it did process, for over a year previously!!!). Naturally, this was so long ago, I can't even go to my paypal to prove it, they don't keep records that far back. I asked if I could send in an additional donation to bring it back to where I had thought I was all that time. I did not get a resolution- a couple people responded but there was no final answer. I really really really want to be at "veteran" tier when the game officially releases, I want my "6 MOTHS veteran" reward (I still lol at that typo Consultant made, and still hope you actually make an aura with 6 MOTHS in honor of that silliness)
